Shipping, Exchanges and Returns:
What is the deadline?
The delivery time for products is 7 to 9
days after the date of posting.
We send the tracking code within 2
business days after confirmation of payment on
email registered at the time of purchase.
We work with suppliers from Shanghai.
If you place an order with more than one item, you will receive the tracking code anyway.
Exchanges and Returns
At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money or resolve the issue quickly. Check out how to proceed below:
1. Regret or Withdrawal
You have up to 7 days after receiving the product to request a return, as long as the item is:
- In original packaging, without signs of use or tampering.
- Comes with all accessories.
Available options:
- Store credit valid for 6 months towards a new purchase.
- Full refund , using the same payment method used.
2. How to proceed:
- Please contact our support via email.
- Send the product via CTT with shipping paid by the customer.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to receive and return it before a refund can be processed.
3. Defective Products
Exchanges due to defects are carried out within the established period. We are not responsible for problems resulting from misuse.
4. Refusal to Receive
Refuse the product if you identify:
- Damaged packaging or item.
- Product different from the order.
- Lack of accessories.
If the product is still received, please inform our team within 72 hours .

Exchanges and Returns

We always want satisfied customers in our store. We want the products to cause a general feeling of happiness when they arrive at your home so that you come back again and again.
If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve your issue by following some simple rules for exchanges, returns and refunds.
Regret and withdrawal:
In the case of exchanges and returns due to regret or withdrawal, when the product is in perfect condition but does not please the customer, the customer will have a period of 7 (seven) days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise, to make the return request by telephone or email.
How to proceed in case of return or exchange due to regret:
- Contact support via email.
- Send the product by CTT, with postage paid by the customer, to the sender's address. Important: the product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, without breaking the seal, if any, accompanied by all accessories.
Upon receipt of the product and confirmation of the above conditions, you may choose to:
- Receiving a store credit for the total amount paid, which can be used to purchase another product immediately, or for a future purchase, valid for 6 months.
- Refund of the value of the product, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
*If the order has already been sent and cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it to the address indicated by the company and the amount paid will be refunded.
* The Store is exempt from the obligation to exchange any product whose defect was caused by misuse, or to respond to requests outside the aforementioned deadlines.
We provide measurements in centimeters for our products so that there is no error in choosing the size. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to exchange products due to the consumer's regret regarding the color, size, model, or any other reason. The right guaranteed to the customer by the Consumer Protection Code is to exchange products only in the case of defective products.
Other occurrences:
All occurrences described above, and any others that may be identified, must be reported to the Store by telephone or email.
Products returned without this communication, outside the deadline or without accompanying items/accessories may be returned without prior consultation.
In addition to the occurrences mentioned, if any of the following situations occur, receipt of the product must be refused.
